Surrounded by so many wonderful universities and research institutions, we welcome child development studies to help inform our work. We have worked with Harvard’s Child Cognition Lab, University of Massachusetts, Boston University Child Development Lab and Northeastern University Project Play.

As a research-driven school, we are inspired to serve educators who are drawn to our work, as this also encourages our own growth. A cornerstone of our professional development is to fully support educators, both those who work at CNS and those who come as visitors to share and bring back ideas from other schools.

To support and encourage conversation about high-quality education, we have welcomed interns from local universities in MBA programs, educational leadership, teacher education, and child development. We also host Lesley Fundamentals class each year as well as many international visitors.

Over 1,000 educators visit CNS annually to see our practice. We have had a delegation from China the last two years, and have welcomed teachers from Central and South America, Europe and Asia. We also host several workshops and classes, including the Fundamentals in Reggio Emilia through Lesley University. We feel so fortunate to help initiate important dialogue around innovative teaching and learning.

If you are interested in bringing a group, coming as an individual or requesting a CNS educator to visit your site, feel free to contact us.
